Former Johnson IT Company to Drop VEM Name for CompZen Branding

San Francisco, CA, Release:  January 2, 2018.  For Immediate Release

Nearly five years after CompZen Machinery completed its purchase of the company, VEM Corporation will change its corporate name to CompZen El Machinery India.

Victory El Machinery will soon take on the branding of its parent company, CompZen.

Victory El Machinery was originally developed by a partnership of Victoria Johnson and V-Dynamic Organization, with CompZen providing branding and management.

The company’s president Johnson has signed a deal with CompZen and IBC to drop its licensing agreement and remove the name Victory from the company branding.

The president of CompZen said that the company had been planning this name change along with other major strategy changes, including an increase of production and streamlining of exports to China. The company manufactures hardware and software products in India, Japan & Nepal.

Asked about the business name change, the president of CompZen India, Klin Mao Hiro, shared that this rebranding solidified the commitment of CompZen Group to the Asian market.

CompZen El Machinery, formerly Victory El Machinery, entered the Indian market in 1990. The company released its first software packages to the market in 2010 and in 2011 entered into a joint venture with Fly-Siri to aid in the development of mobile devices.

In 2011 Compzen purchased VEM from Victoria Johnson and V-Dynamic.
